Whenever you eat something, the blood sugar level in your body rises and insulin is produced. This means that when you start eating just before going to sleep , your blood sugar levels rise again . Subsequently, insulin is produced in your body , which can promote fat production during your sleep . Until now, this suspicion has not been unambiguously confirmed in scientific studies.
