Quality of Life – Definition
Quality of life is divided into 2 different types . On the one hand, objective factors , such as educational and occupational opportunities, social status, health and the ability to pursue hobbies and be in nature. All these factors can be measured to a greater or lesser extent and can be compared with other people , cities or countries .
On the other hand you have the subjective factors. These are perceived individually by each person and can only be measured very subjectively. This includes happiness, satisfaction and other positive and negative emotions.
There is no unambiguous definition for quality of life. The World Health Organization (WHO) defines quality of life as an individual perception of a person about their own position in life, determined by culture and value and in relation to goals and expectations.
What does quality of life bring?
Or perhaps even better: what does quality of life mean to you? It is best to give the answer to this question yourself. Why the answer to this question is so important? Only when you determine the quality of life for yourself will you know what to work on and which tips are most valuable to you.
Our answer : For us, quality of life is being healthy, spending time with friends and family, but also often being alone with yourself. On the one hand, eat tasty and healthy food , but also reward yourself with a tasty snack every now and then. Just enjoy life, learn and experience new things .

1. Eat healthy
Instead of fast food, sweets or fatty snacks, focus on tasty and healthy foods . Therefore, the less processed and fresher, the better. Fresh fruit and vegetables not only provide you with energy, but also important vitamins and minerals . These contribute to your health and well-being.
2. Movement makes you happy
If you just sit all day, you will rust. Your muscles become weak and your joints stiff. Get plenty of exercise. Go for a walk, take the bike instead of the car and take the stairs instead of the elevator. Those are small things that can have a big effect.
